Terms of Sales

Registration for one of our stays implies their acceptance.

THE PRICES are inclusive of VAT and do not include drinks excluding meals, individual insurance, the supplement for a single room and the transfer from Mimizan to Morcenx or Labouheyre station or to Bordeaux station and airport.

REGISTRATION is only effective upon receipt of the registration form accompanied by the payment of 30% deposit before the 21 days preceding the stay. The balance must be paid 21 days before the start of the stay.

CANCELLATION by the customer between 21 and 10 days prior to the stay will result in the loss of 50% of the amount of the stay, between 10 days and the day of departure 100% of the price of the stay.   

In the event of cancellation on our part , in particular in the event that there are fewer than:
– 2 people registered for the Weekend and Atlantic Coast Week hikes
– 3 people on the Basque Country – Périgord – Cathar Castles hikes,
the client will be notified no later than 21 days before the date of departure; a replacement formula will then be proposed as far as possible.
Otherwise, all amounts paid will be refunded and a 10% discount will be granted on the next registration.

Abandonment during the hike will not entitle you to any reimbursement without participation in the cancellation insurance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Each participant must respect the rules of caution and safety related to the activity. The organizer cannot be held responsible for any accident in the event of non-compliance with these rules. The guide may expel a rider whose behavior could compromise the safety and well-being of the group, without any compensation being due.

The programs and itineraries printed in our brochures are subject to change. The aim is to offer you the best access conditions to the beach. Indeed the tide does not wait on the Atlantic coast. Departures in Périgord or the Basque Country which are stays combined with the Atlantic Coast may be reversed in the event of bad weather.

The guide reserves the right to modify a program or an itinerary if the circumstances so require.

DISCOUNTS of 5% for a group of more than 5 people and 10% for a group of more than 10 people on equestrian services.

PARENTAL AUTHORIZATION TO EXIT

For minor children, an exit authorization must be accepted by signing a document, thus releasing Mr Michel Girard-Mille and Mrs Metlov from liability for any incident that may occur outside the club.

On the other hand, in case of emergency, I authorize that my child be referred to the nearest hospital.
