Registering for one of our trips implies acceptance of these terms.
PRICES are inclusive of VAT and do not include:
- drinks outside of meals
- individual insurance,
- the supplement for a single room
- the transfer from Mimizan to Morcenx or Labouheyre station or to Bordeaux station and airport.
Registration is only effective upon receipt of the registration form accompanied by a 30% deposit within 21 days of the start of the stay. The balance must be paid 21 days before the start of the stay.
CANCELLATION by the client between 21 and 10 days prior to the stay will result in the loss of 50% of the amount of the stay, between 10 days and the day of departure 100% of the price of the stay.
In the event of cancellation on our part, particularly if there are fewer than:
– 2 people registered for the Weekend and Weekly Atlantic Coast treks
– 3 people for the Basque Country – Périgord – Cathar Castles treks,
the client will be notified no later than 21 days before the departure date; an alternative will then be offered if possible.
Otherwise, all payments made will be refunded and a 10% discount will be applied to the next booking.
Abandoning the hike during the trip will not entitle you to any refund without participation in cancellation insurance.
Discounts of 5% for a group of more than 5 people and 10% for a group of more than 10 people on equestrian services.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Each participant must adhere to the safety and precautionary rules associated with the activity. The organizer cannot be held responsible for accidents resulting from failure to comply with these rules. The guide may expel any rider whose behavior could compromise the safety and well-being of the group, without any compensation being due.
The programs and itineraries printed in our brochures are subject to change. Our aim is to offer you the best possible conditions for beach access. Indeed, the tide waits for no one on the Atlantic coast. Departures in the Périgord or the Basque Country, which are combined holidays with the Atlantic Coast, may be subject to a change of itinerary in case of bad weather.
The tour leader reserves the right to modify a program or itinerary if circumstances require it.
PARENTAL AUTHORIZATION FOR EXIT
For minor children, an exit authorization must be accepted by signing a document, thus releasing Mr Michel Girard-Mille and Mrs Metlov from responsibility for any incident that may occur outside the club.
On the other hand, in case of emergency, I authorize my child to be taken to the nearest hospital.
