Program

Why Pilates and horse riding?

The foundation of precise and respectful communication with the horse depends on the rider's good balance. The basics of Pilates involve controlling balance in different postures.

Practiced before a riding session: warm-up and muscle stretching, improvement of concentration and breathing, control and precision of movement.

Practiced after a horse riding session: helps the body to relax, repair itself and prevents muscle or tendon aches and tears.

Customized horse riding: how does it work?

Riders of all levels have a personal card for eight 2-hour sessions. These sessions can be used by booking the day before for outings such as:

  • 2 hours,
  • half-day forest-beach (2 sessions of 2 hours taken from the card),
  • Full day with lunch included (3 sessions of 2 hours taken from the card).

Organization of the stay

The riding or Pilates course schedule is set at the beginning of your stay for the week according to your wishes and our availability.

A stay that allows you to enjoy a relaxing holiday at your own pace, combining the pleasure of horse riding, physical well-being and the discovery of the Landes forest and the Atlantic beaches.

Swimming pool, sauna and massage parlor (by reservation) are available at the equestrian lodge.

Pilates classes can be offered in individual or group sessions, either directly at the equestrian center or in the rooms of the instructors concerned.

Dates

Available all year round from January 10th to December 16th.
