Goals
Harmony of Prowess and Fun
Useless to remind you that reaching ambitious goals requires stepping way out of the box. A pesky mistake is that you keep on doing the same thing in the same way expecting different results. Although it may feel scary, if you want to be singled out you need to act offbeat.
Get into our "Stop & Start" philosophy before you enroll in the RYE2© :
- Stop limiting your beliefs; start feeling empowered to reframe a limit into a benefit
- Stop dwelling on your past mistakes; start focusing on the current things positively influencing you to become a better version of yourself.
- Stop setting vague objectives; start being proactive and specific about what exactly you want to achieve.
- Stop performing things because somebody told "you must"; start thriving on inner harmony and fun you will get from doing such.
Language objectives: Immersion language learning
We are glad to announce that the English segment of our RYE2© program is designed for students ready to “ride a couple of extra English miles” per day after intensive equestrian classes.
Nothing comes out of the blue: 6 days of classes cannot result in proficiency equal to a native speaker’s, as if by magic. It will require more commitment and persistency on a long-term basis.
Our short-term goal is to provide students with accessible learning tools, in a small group (3 to 6 people) and in a friendly and supportive environment
Our long-term mission is to seed a grain of knowledge and to advise on how to grow a spikelet of skills.
While trans-ocean and even trans-La Manche travels are becoming spendthrift, we are ready to welcome students from all over France, neighbors from Switzerland, Belgium toenhance their English speaking skillsfor academic study or day-to-day use. A penny saved is a penny earned.
We are only making promises that we can perform. Keen to put our students in a context where they can express themselves without being judged, we endow them with different communicative tasks, in- and off-class.
Their daily assignment can be to compose an essay, to share a story, to speak about their experience with mates and tutors while taking meals, visiting places of interest or horseback.
Four core language skills are in focus : speaking, listening, reading and writing.
- In the speaking class, students are involved in a discussion through role-play or debate. They are pushed to use new words and word combinations, as well as to incorporate appropriate grammar and other units to produce spoken language in a fluent and accurate way.
- In the listening class, students are focused at receiving, understanding, evaluating and remembering information presented as either a video or a voice record to further respond, verbally or non, to information they have received.
- In the integrated skills class, students work on improving English grammar knowledge as well as on reading and writing. Lasting 45 min x 2 on average, a class are held in- and outdoors.
We invite like-minded people to enroll in the RYE2© program. Your humanistic values and ambitions will be appreciated. As great equestrians are not born but made every day in the arena, so great speakers have to practice in and off-class.

Equestrian objectives
To build harmony in a rider-horse pairing by favoringnatural balance and creating an efficient bond between the two, for a light, flexible and efficient practice.
Introduction to a method of communication and work in dressage and jumping through the use of simple, clear and light actions, putting the horse in a correct attitude conducive to easily crossing different obstacles.
To learn how to bring a horse to a reliable physical condition and a conducive mood necessary to easily solve current tasks.
As there is no good show horse without good basic dressage, so there is no good rider performing excellent jumps without a good knowledge of horse biomechanics , its locomotion and overall respect for their mount.
Upon the completion of the equus segment, depending on a progression showed, participants will be invited to perform galloping passages on various types of surface.

Lena –
Hello,
My stay definitely lived up to my expectations, it was even better than I imagined. I loved the horses, the food, the facilities, and the English and riding instructor who gave excellent explanations and explained things very well. I learned so much about horses and how to ride. Basically, everything. The horses roamed freely in a paddock; they were happy and calm after their careers as racehorses and trotters. I could see that they truly love and respect animals, which I really appreciated.
The instructors were very attentive. The accommodation was even better than in the photos and everything was spotless; the pool is fantastic.
Thank you for the certificate and for everything. It was amazing!!!
I can't wait to go back…
Ms. N. –
Hello,
Lena was very well looked after.
The organization was top-notch.
She had a wonderful stay.
Please feel free to send us information for next summer.
The support classes are an excellent idea, and very motivating for parents to send their children.
Thank you very much.
Maillard Prune –
Hello,
A wonderful and very enjoyable stay, a very attentive English teacher with fantastic lessons, and a highly competent and dedicated riding instructor. A fascinating week of intensive riding lessons: in-depth explanations about horses and their behavior while riding, and despite the late start times, the lessons were sometimes even longer than planned to ensure that the exercises were perfectly mastered! Extraordinary gallops along the seafront and a superb swimming pool! Magnificent, free-roaming horses, a special mention for Lune and Luna…
See you soon, I hope 🙂

Hello,
Lola was delighted with her week of horse riding and English. An engaging English teacher helped her improve her English, and she also had a blast riding during the week. Thank you, Michel.
The setting is fabulous (having dropped Lola off there myself, I can attest it's a truly lovely place). Lola will most certainly be back this summer...
all the best!
Marie-France, Sidonie's mother –
Sidonie (15 years old, Galop 5) had an EXCELLENT week at the equestrian center. A superb location, beautiful equestrian facilities, friendly and very clean cottages, not to mention the fantastic swimming pool. For English lessons, she had a great teacher and classes adapted for teenagers, with fun activities that allowed her to practice her English. As for riding, she had a respectful approach to both the horses and the teenagers, with thorough explanations to help her progress, and Michel was a friendly and encouraging coach. She especially loved the cantering on the beach and the Tsar & Effie show. Sidonie made great progress in both her English and her riding. Thanks to the wonderful welcome and the attentiveness of everyone, Sidonie (who is quite shy) found her place in the group and really enjoyed her stay. We sincerely highly recommend this trip!
Delabre Lola / Fernandez kassandra –
To our favorite riding and English instructors, we wanted to say a huge thank you for everything you did for us. We made so much progress in both English and riding, and we absolutely loved it!!
In English, we had super interesting lessons and exercises that really helped us improve!
In riding, Michel gave us some great tips so we could continue to progress on horseback, and that was really awesome!
We had a fantastic time with you all, plus the food was amazing (thank you Hélène, Anne, and André, we love you, you're the best!).
Anyway, thanks again for everything. We're leaving with lots of wonderful memories that we'll cherish for a long time thanks to our beautiful photos!!
Kassandra and Lola
PS from Lola: This was my second internship at the marina equestrian center and I loved it just as much again. It was a great pleasure to see everyone again and to continue progressing both on horseback and in English!!
Scotto di rosato Melyne –
I had an incredible week at the Marina. I participated in the intensive course, and it truly lives up to its name! The setting is magnificent: the pool, the clubhouse, the sea… The instructor (Michel) might seem intimidating at first, but I've rarely seen such a kind, professional, and attentive coach, especially one who really explains how to ride a horse. André, the English teacher, is also kind and attentive, and above all, funny! His English lessons were very helpful. The rides on the beach are truly unforgettable memories (I especially loved Toronto)!!! And the photos taken during the week are magnificent, and the horses too (especially Tsar and Luna).
Thanks again to the whole team, and I hope to see you next year!
Carenco –
My daughter Chloé had a wonderful time. The camp was very intensive, but Michel and Anne were able to adapt the lessons to her abilities. I wanted to thank them sincerely for their dedication and kindness. Chloé loved the atmosphere, the horses, and the "working" rides on the beach. She also thanks André for his fun and informative English lessons. In short, a fantastic camp with a top-notch team of instructors!
A final word of thanks to the cook who treated them to delicious meals all week!
SCOTTO DI ROSATO –
Hello,
I'm Melyne's mother.
I wanted to thank you and the whole team for the week-long camp Melyne just spent with you.
She's leaving with wonderful new skills, both in English and horseback riding, marvelous memories, and exceptional encounters. A special mention goes to you for the quality of your lessons, your discipline, and your perseverance, which she admires, as well as André's teaching methods and Anne and Hélène's kindness…in short, everything was perfect, don't change a thing.
Thank you and see you next time!
Henocque –
My 14-year-old daughter did a week-long riding course at the end of July. She loved her stay, both the English lessons and the horseback riding: the group of the same age got along perfectly, the team was very welcoming and professional, and the homemade meals were excellent (and that's coming from a real foodie!). She made great progress and earned her Galop 4 at the end of the course. A huge thank you to the whole team for this unforgettable experience! We'll definitely be doing it again soon!
SCOTTO DI ROSATO ANNA –
I'm Melyne's mother. She's back again for another week of intensive English riding lessons at Marina. Once again, she had an exceptional week, making great progress in riding thanks to Michel's excellent advice and methods, and also in English thanks to André's dynamic and fun lessons!
I thank the whole team for the organization, the lessons, the atmosphere and the friendliness, and also for the delicious meals and Anne's beautiful photos!
Thank you for trusting her to train some of the horses; she really enjoyed herself!
Well done to everyone.
See you next time,
Anna
